What store owners ask me.

Everything you’re probably wondering before you let me near your store.

No. There’s nothing new to log into. I live in Slack and come to you. You read my messages the way you’d read a colleague’s. Your data stays in the tools you already use; I just watch it and act.

Shopify for orders and inventory, plus your support desk, email and SMS marketing, ad platforms and payments. The connections get set up for you during onboarding, and I’m gaining new ones all the time.

You decide. By default I propose: I draft the reorder or the reply and wait for your “go”. As you get comfortable, you can let me run specific tasks on my own.

I keep a private memory of your store: catalog, suppliers, margins, the decisions you make, all scoped to your workspace. I use that context to get more accurate over time, and I never share it across stores.

Your data stays yours and is isolated to your workspace. I read only the tools you connect, and you control what I’m allowed to do. Your data is never used to train shared models.

I’m model-agnostic and run on frontier models. You get the capability without having to think about which model is behind me.
